General Information
Although we strive for fast delivery of packages, there are occasional moments where delays occur. We understand that in such situations you would like to know more about the status of your package.
However, please note that the information provided by the tracking code is all that we know. We kindly request you not to contact us for additional details, as we do not have any further information and are unable to respond to such requests.
If your package has not been received 14 days after the shipping date, please contact us with the order number. We will then resend your order free of charge. In the meantime, we will not contact PostNL for any investigation, due to the nature of the package contents.
Absolutely not!! To view the website, register, and shop at Squnk, you must be at least 18 years old. As a form of verification, the delivery person may conduct an ID age check upon delivery.
It is being shipped to Belgium, Germany, France, and all other European countries. (UK is no longer possible due to Brexit)
Before contacting us, we kindly request you to first go through our FAQ page. There is a high chance that you will find the answer to your question there. If it is not listed there, you can always reach us through the contact form.
Order
We understand that you may be a bit careful to order and for this reason we do not apply a minimum reduction. So you can try our products and service from 3.5 grams first.
As soon as you place 3 (Call) or 5 grams (weed and hashish) or more of 1 variety in your shopping cart, the discount will be applied automatically.
It can sometimes happen that a product is (temporarily) unavailable and can therefore not be ordered. As soon as this product is back in stock, it can also be ordered again
Yes. This is only possible for wholesale orders from 100 grams. You can contact us for this via whatssap on email.
Pay
You can only pay by direct bank transfer, always mention your order number. As soon as payment has been received, we will process your order.
Be the first to check whether your payment has actually been sent and is not still on “pending”.
If your payment is not pending, check whether you have sent the full amount + shipping costs.
In the latter case, please contact us and clearly state your order number. We will then adjust your order and process it manually.
Once you have placed an order and clicked checkout, you will have a maximum of 2 hours to pay for your order. If your payment has arrived later than this, please contact us.
As soon as you have sent the full amount of your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.
Send
It will be packaged airtight in 3 layers and sent in a blank envelope or letterbox box.
Packages are sent through various mail order companies. This makes it important that you specify a home address as the delivery address and not a random postal point
The costs for an insured shipment (with tracking code) within the Netherlands are €4.50 and abroad vary between €12.00 and €18.50.
On the checkout page, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the country of destination.
We offer free shipping for the Netherlands from €100 and all countries beyond €200. Be free shipping
If you ordered on Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same working day. If you have ordered after 12 noon, it will be shipped the next working day after 12 noon. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail during the day. We do not use fixed times for this! No packages will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!
All packages are sent with a tracking code. This allows you to track the package and you know exactly when it will be delivered.
The delivery times shown are only an indication!
Insured shipping (with tracking code)
- NL – 1 to 4 working days
- BE – 1 to 4 business days
- DE – 2 to 4 business days
- FR – 2 to 4 business days
Other European countries – 3 to 10 working days
In some cases it may happen that a package is not delivered. Does the tracking code no longer show updates after 14 days? please contact us via the contact form and do not forget to mention the order number.
